4800 Series Electromagnetic Flow meter is fully comprehensive (all intelligence) which is developed in using the advanced technology from domestic and foreign countries and consisted of 4800-type flow sensor and 4800-type smart converter supporting. It is widely used in water (tap water, industrial water, and sewage treatment) metallurgy, chemical, textile, food, paper, power, pharmaceutical and other industrial areas. It applies to measure (is fit for the measurement of ) the volume flow of conductive medium including the acid, alkali, salt solution, slurry, pulp, paper pulp, waste water.
1. It is the volume flow of liquid and solid two-phase fluid (It is used to measure the conductivity which is greater (bigger) than 5μs/cm of closed pipeline that and the volume flow of fluid and solid two-phase fluid flow rate. And it is not affected by the temperature of the liquid, viscosity, density, pressure, liquid-solid composition, conductivity of liquid. It has high accuracy and stable working ability.
2. It can be used to measure the fluid medium of other conductive liquid or liquid-solid two-phase flow after the calibration just ordinary water without any additional calibration.

4. It has good water resistance, vibration resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance if wetted parts are made of suitable lining materials and electrode materials.
5. It doesn’t request the high level to straight pipe. Only the long for front straight pipe is 5D (D-meter diameter) and the rear is 3D.
6. It is convenient to use and install, with level and lean location but it must keep the full pipe.
