Common problems and solutions in the use of LORA wireless remote water meter

In the process of using the wireless remote water meter, it is affected by factors such as the environment, weather and local mobile network. Different solutions are needed for different problems.
1. For the case that the wireless remote water meter has not been communicating, there are mainly the following reasons:
1) The wireless remote water meter is artificially destroyed or completely shielded by metal, resulting in the wireless signal being unable to be sent out;
2) The battery in the water meter is under voltage, and the wireless remote transmission module cannot work normally;
3) The wireless collection device is faulty, such as power failure of the concentrator, arrears of the built-in flow card, and the antenna of the device is dropped or damaged;
4) The routing path of the wireless remote water meter is disordered, resulting in failure of meter reading;
In view of the above, it can be handled as follows:
1) Check the water meter on site, check if the water meter is damaged, or shield it with a metal cover;
2) Through the background meter reading warning system, statistically query the water meter of the battery low voltage and replace the new battery;
3) Check the equipment on the spot, whether it is normal power supply, check whether the flow card is in arrears, check the downlink LORA antenna of the equipment is
Whether it is damaged;
4) Remotely read the routing path of the wireless remote water meter, and reset the meter reading path through the background software.

1) Check if the battery in the watch has been low pressure;
2) Whether the external environment is bad (such as thunderstorm weather, external strong electromagnetic interference, etc.);
3) The local mobile signal is unstable;
In view of the above, it can be handled as follows:
1) Require users to replace the battery in advance to improve the success rate of meter reading;
2) Set up the replenishment mechanism in the system, copy the failed watch several times, and improve the overall meter reading success rate;
3) Use a high-gain GPRS antenna, or extend the GPRS antenna to a place where the outdoor mobile network signal is strong.
4) It is also possible to increase the routing node, use a professional repeater, or use a wireless remote water meter as a repeater to improve the overall meter reading success rate.
Conclusion: The wireless remote water meter is greatly affected by the external environment, such as the steel-concrete structure of the building, the power frequency signal of 470Mhz~510Mhz, the weather environment and other factors, so the consistency of the wireless remote transmission scheme is poor, we only improve the table. The performance of the antenna is improved, the anti-interference of the software system is improved, and a reasonable wireless frequency hopping scheme is adopted to improve the wireless performance and reliability of the whole table.
