The foundation stone laying ceremony of the new factory of Hunan Changde Water Meter Manufacture Co., Ltd. was held.

Changde Water Meter Factory was established in 1965, and its predecessor was Changde Meter Instrument Group.

1970

Turned into a national enterprise, renamed Changde Instrument Factory.

1979

Merged with Changde Gear Factory and changed its name to Changde Water Meter Factory. The output reached 15,000 PCS.

1981

Merged with Changde second Machine Tool Plant, Changde Water Meter Industry Co., Ltd. was established and began to focus on water meter production.

Established R&D center in Changsha to focus on the development of smart water meters.

2014

1983

Successful trial production of LXL-80~200mm large-diameter horizontal woltmann water meter was put on the market. The total output reached 233,000 units and realized profit of 867,000 yuan.

In March 2018, the company attached great importance to industry, academia and research, and invited the executive vice presidents of Hunan University, Chen Shou, and Professor Ouyang Runping, to conduct the first EMBA training for one year, and specially invited Professor Ouyang Runping as the company's special consultant.

The LXS-15C~40C water meter has been rated as "First Class" by the relevant national department.

Changde Brand is recognized as "China Famous Brand”

Obtained "Quality Product Certificate of Hunan Province" and "Class II Metrology Certificate of Qualification”

Obtained the "Quality Management Second Grade Enterprise Certificate" and "Ministerial Product Honor Title", and received the "Export Product License" through the acceptance of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry.

Renamed Hunan Changde Water Meter Factory.
